Professional Deputy
Ms Adeline Chong
Adeline Chong is an Advocate and Solicitor and has been in private legal practice since 1997.
She started her boutique law firm Legal Ink Law Corporation (UEN: 201023796K) (now known as Blackletter LLC) in 2010.
In 2019, in response to the need for qualified professionals to practice in the specialist field of Mental Capacity and Elder Law, Adeline was accepted to be registered as a PDD with the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG). She is now a seasoned Professional Deputy with over 10 patients under her care.
Adeline is also serves as a Mediator, and is an Associate Mediator of the Singapore Mediation Centre.

Lawyer
Tan Yew Cheng
Ms Tan is an experienced Advocate and Solicitor and who has been in private legal practice since 1989.
She practices in her law firm Tan YC Law Practice as a senior civil litigator with decades of experience in Singapore.
She is particularly proficient in the area of deputyship work under the Mental Capacity Act 2008 (MCA). Her background in litigation is vital when handling contested applications or disputes over property and affairs for those who lack mental capacity.
Her dedication extends beyond her legal practice, as she actively volunteers in her church, reflecting a strong commitment to serving communities in need.
She is also a keen history buff who loves to combine leisure with learning by travelling to historical sites around the world.

Stephanie Lim
Stephanie is a highly experienced legal administrator who has acquired tremendous experience in supporting the caseloads of lawyers.
She possesses deep organisation skills, specifically in managing complex files and documents.
Her natural proficiency ensures every case is meticulously organised, alleviates the stress of caregivers. She also offers support to caregivers in need of administrative tasks.

Brian Lee
Brian is a Case Manager at Deputy Curae. He plays a crucial role in supporting clients and their families who require guidance on matters related to mental capacity, deputyship, and lasting power of attorney (LPA).
Brian’s focus is on providing compassionate and practical support, helping to navigate the paralegal and administrative processes of the MCA with professionalism and clarity.
